The Just City Spatial Development Framework JCSDF for the Cape Town Metropolitan region proposes a spatial vision with particular strategies that aim at guiding the development of infrastructure in the region. The state of continuum in the JCSDF describes a vision that equips Cape Town with tools that can be scalable and replicable for adaptive re-use in other metropolitan and provincial regions and if applicable, at a national level. This sets a tone of socio-economic sustainability responding to the kinetic social condition of the metropole as well as the key agents that aid in and impede its development.

This MSDF project was awarded the 2018 The Best City Planning MSDF by Western Cape Government, Cape Town, South Africa.
